Introducing: Our Affiliate Partners
An exceptional outcome is the goal for every client engagement. But what happens when a project requires deep subject or industry-specific expertise? When you know enough to know you don’t know enough?
What do you do?
Certainly, you don’t concede quality or patch the effort with less than exceptional talent. Instead, you recognize the value of bringing in others who understand complex problems and are ready to join the effort.
At Radiate Works, we leverage our incredible network of highly skilled, passionate professionals to turn these situations into opportunities to double down on our commitment to providing uniquely thoughtful and exceptional value.
We do this by calling on one or more of our Affiliate Partners.
FYI: What is an Affiliate Partner?
An Affiliate Partner (AP) is a professional, often a subject matter, industry, and/or facilitation expert with whom Radiate Works has an official work arrangement. Affiliate Partners work on projects as needed, determined by project content and client needs.
These folks are invited into projects based on alignment, unique skills or knowledge, and mutual value. This is determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure Affiliate Partners provide the specific component that a project needs - be it cultural consultation, high-level collaboration, research, or embedding additional tools and methodologies.
No egos are bruised here. In fact, we are happy to connect with Affiliate Partners as frequently as projects and schedules allow. In fact, we love to call on the perspectives and contributions of these satellite experts.

It’s impossible to ignore the presence and power of female leaders among the ranks of our Affiliate Partners. Selecting these young women reflects our commitment to serving as both mentors and co-learners as we all navigate the challenges of balancing work and family life. “We very intentionally bring to our culture a supportive and nurturing blend of strong accountability and an understanding that women face unique challenges,” states co-founder Melissa Carrier. “We value the attributes of feminine leadership; how it is exercised in our company is truly an asset.”
Helping One Another Grow
It is inspiring to see each of these professionals navigate very different career paths. They represent cross-sector brilliance and the emergence of new working models and values. Witnessing their journey helps us all grow in understanding about what it takes to collaborate on interdisciplinary work.
We value a culture of continuous learning. When APs join us on a project, we learn new strategies for engagement and often new tools of the trade. We all benefit from the chance to learn about relevant trends in different industries, ensuring that approaches and offerings remain fresh and current. With ever-emerging new technologies, regulatory shifts, and an unstable socio-political environment, this is a priority.
Value is gained on all fronts! The opportunity to contribute to project work as an Affiliate Partner offers meaningful exposure to new networks and for learning skills and approaches in many different contexts. Shared support and mentoring help to broaden their skills and, ultimately, their career portfolio.
As we continue into the early months of our second year of operations, we look forward to engaging our Affiliate Partners in more projects and supporting their efforts to work across this valuable network of professionals. Our intention is to continue to grow this community of diverse, value-aligned change leaders.
